Please note: This year's route is subject to change and any changes will not be announced until the pre-event meeting on Saturday evening. Support vehicles are only allowed on the course by special permit. Spectators are not allowed to drive the course--they must follow the route below. |
Atlanta to Start (Athens): |
The Event starts promptly at 7:30, so don't be late. |
Start (Athens) to 38 Mile Finish / Check Point #3 |
Front skaters will arrive at Check Point #3 about 9:15 a.m. |
Start to Check Point #1 |
Front skaters will arrive at Check Point #1 about 8:10 a.m. |
Check Point #1 to Check Point #2 |
Front skaters will arrive at Check Point #1 about 8:50 a.m. |
Check Point #2 to Check Point #3 (38-Mile Distance) |
Front skaters will arrive at Check Point #3 about 9:15 a.m. |
Check Point #3 to Check Point #4 |
Front skaters will arrive at Check Point #4 about 10:00 a.m. |
52 mile start to Check Point #4 |
52 mi skaters arrive CP4 about 10:30 a.m. |
Check Point #4 to Check Point #5 |

Note: Parking around the park fills up quickly on a nice weekend, so find a space early and chear on the skaters at the finish line. |
